Bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial technology, banking and payments, Lisa Stanton joined InAuth in 2014. Before joining InAuth, Lisa established and served as the President of the Americas for Monitise, a global leader in the provision of mobile money services to banks, credit unions, processors, payment networks, MNO’s and retailers. Prior to Monitise, Lisa spent 16 years at Citizens Financial Group, among the largest banks in the US, running the payments and channels divisions. Under her leadership, InAuth’s solutions have been recognized globally for their excellence, and Lisa has personally received a number of prestigious awards including being named to the Women in FinTech Power List, and as a Bronze Stevie Award winner for Female Executive of the Year in the business products/software category. Active in the business, finance and technology community, Lisa serves on numerous industry Boards and is a frequent public speaker on the topics of digital technologies and financial innovation.
Co-founder & CTO
Paul Marsolan is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has over 10 years of experience in the mobile space. His extensive experience focuses on the development of mobile security and wireless technologies. He co-founded SMobile Systems in 2002 and concentrated on APAC sales, while continuing technology innovation with his team. Juniper Networks (JNPR) acquired Smobile in July 2010.
EVP of Sales
Michele O’Shaughnessy joined the InAuth team in 2013 as the Executive Vice President of Sales, bringing a strong track record of business transformation and results. Michele is responsible for the Global Sales & Support Teams. Before joining InAuth, Michele spent the previous 8 years building the direct sales channel for 41st Parameter, which was acquired by Experian. Michele holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication from Arizona State University.
Head of Global Delivery
Bringing over 20 years of experience working as a senior strategist in both start-up and market leading organizations such as Visa and GE Capital, Michael Rodriguez joined InAuth in 2015 as the Head of Global Delivery. Before joining InAuth, Michael had a long history of delivering new business and product concepts that accelerate overall growth and push Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology companies into new markets. Michael was a previous leader within three start-up organizations, including one that raised over $250 million in the healthcare space, and an additional two where he served as a founding member in the boutique management consulting firms of Venture Pay Group & Impact Associates both focused on financial services and electronic payments. Michael is a graduate of the General Electric Management Development Program and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University.
A seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience at companies ranging from startup to Fortune 100, Paul oversees InAuth’s finance, accounting and legal functions. Prior to InAuth, Paul held leadership roles in other venture-backed software startups, serving as CFO of Intigua, VP of Finance at Zerto and VP of Finance at Register.com. Earlier in his career, Paul assumed financial management roles at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company, PepsiCo and GE Capital. Paul is a CPA with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Yale University.
Director of Engineering
Since 2013, Charles has been responsible for instituting formal engineering processes, software architecture & design, and feature development & prioritization at InAuth. Charles brings over 12 years of experience across multiple industries, including healthcare and aerospace, with him strong background in software engineering, formal software estimation & planning, and large scale integration & systems engineering. Mr. Crupper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico and a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from West Virginia University.
David Frymyer has a wide range of in-depth technical experience that includes IT audit, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, project consultation and complex enterprise architecture development. His 20 years of experience includes driving secure product innovations and new infrastructure technologies as a Security Architect with Huntington National Bank and a Security Consultant at Nationwide Insurance. David is a graduate of Ohio University.
Chief Strategy Officer
Michael Lynch serves as Chief Strategy Officer, where he is responsible for leading InAuth’s new products strategy, along with developing key domestic and international partnerships. Lynch brings two decades of experience in key roles within financial services, consulting, and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in security and technology leadership. Prior to joining InAuth, Lynch served as a Senior Vice President for Bank of America, responsible for Authentication Strategy. He served at Bank of America for 14 years in various leadership positions within technology, customer protection, and online and mobile security strategy roles. Prior to Bank of America, Lynch specialized in information technology in various financial services, Fortune 500, and consulting services roles.
